| What Makes an Eligible Candidate |
| Clients
and Projects |
||
| Candidates learn by doing. Therefore,
they need to develop relationships with clients whom they can coach during
the program. Supervision from a Master Coach is also most meaningful in
the context of work projects where candidates can apply their skills and
reflect on their learning. |
||
| Corporate Experience | ||
| While a solid theoretical foundation
is important, our focus is not on teaching organizational structure or business
strategy. Ideally, our candidates have significant corporate experience
or advanced training in organizational development. Training in the fundamentals
of counseling is helpful, but not a prerequisite. |
