Gloria Bullman, Psy.D.
President, Global Executive Resource
BeamPines, Inc.

Gloria Bullman provides a range of executive coaching, facilitating change by first identifying thoughts and actions that interfere with reaching the specific goals and assisting in developing more productive thoughts and actions. She believes in addressing the “what” of problem behavior rather than the “why”. Her coaching is very effective in addressing areas of interpersonal difficulty, communications and career-life balance. Her down-to-earth style is coupled with a strong behavioral science background. One of her strengths is in establishing working relationships quickly, in an atmosphere of trust and humor. She has a reputation for connecting well with people at all levels of organizations.

In addition to coaching, Gloria heads BeamPines Crisis Management Services. This grew out of her extensive experience in providing crisis management services to many organizations, starting with fire departments and law enforcement in the 1980’s, and growing to include major corporations, the U.S. Postal Service and the Justice Department. Her services have provided companies with crisis planning and intervention for disasters, workplace violence and other traumatic events. Her inside knowledge of law enforcement and rescue operations, as well as the resources involved in disaster recovery, bring a unique dimension to her crisis management work.

Gloria is an accomplished trainer in the field of crisis and has trained crisis responders since 1988, including specific response teams for the Postal Service and the FAA. She has received recognition in many areas in this field, including being seated as an expert witness in the fields of crisis and workplace trauma.

She has been creative in developing mastery models in overcoming specific obstacles, such as a successful “Fear of Flying” coaching program. Gloria has now brought a number of her techniques to executive coaching for both government and corporate executives. She is presently a team member in developing a unique comprehensive coaching program for women executives.

Gloria received her BS from the University of Central Florida and her Doctorate in Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology. She is a member of the American Psychological Association.
