John J. O’Neill specializes in coaching executives and managers. John also works with teams to generate alignment on strategic direction and mobilize efforts to accomplish key objectives.

He has over 20 years experience in management consulting and human resource management at the practice head and vice president levels. His business orientation, focus on results, and the ability to work at all levels make him an effective coach. His range of business experience includes retail, transportation, and consumer products organizations. John has a global perspective as a result of working with executives from Latin America, Europe and the Far East.

He has a track record of achieving results through coaching in a variety of top financial services organizations. This includes helping executives earn promotions, handle greater levels of responsibility and achieve business objectives.

His interest in Executive Coaching increased while working on a project with John Wooden, the legendary UCLA basketball coach. John attributes his interest in leadership and teamwork to his service experience in the U.S. Marine Corps, sailing aboard his catamaran Esprit, and serving on the board of the Sandy Hook Foundation, Gateway National Recreation Area.

John holds a BA degree from West Virginia University and an MA degree from Columbia University.
