Jonathan has developed work-based learning programs with organizations in the public and private sector in the UK and overseas. A leading example of such developments is the postgraduate scheme developed with the Professional Development Foundation. Jonathan has worked with Professor David Lane of the Professional Development Foundation and Professor Mike Van Oudsthorn of i-coach academy to establish the International Centre for the Study of Coaching at Middlesex University. His particular research interests include work-based learning, knowledge management and the development of intellectual capital.
