Sherri has a 20-year career that combines a diverse spectrum of business, human resource management, and organization development responsibilities with hands-on management experience. Her combined educational and experiential backgrounds in Financial Management and Organizational Development underscore and support her career.

As an executive coach and human resource consultant, Sherri has experience working with executives in large and small businesses in the service, manufacturing, and utility industries. As a coach, she collaborates with executives to improve their competence, confidence and commitment to their careers. The human resource and change management interventions she leads in organizations focus on the whole organization—individual, group and system—in order to promote healthy, vibrant and viable organizations.

Sherri has an extensive background in change strategies and organizational effectiveness initiatives. These strategies and initiatives include executive coaching, strategic planning, strategic communications, culture change and integration, diversity management and team effectiveness facilitation.

Before embarking on an external management consulting career, Sherri was Senior Vice President and Human Resource Business Partner for CoreStates Bank, N.A. Her experience includes working in strategic partnership with business units such as information systems and technology processing, retail delivery and bank operations, corporate banking and securities and brokerage services.

Sherri holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from American University and an undergraduate degree in Finance from Albright College. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the American University/NTL Alumni Association and the Philadelphia Human Resource Planning Group.
