Coaching - a study of current coaching frameworks and their relevance for the candidate’s work, as well as standards of practice, ethics and confidentiality issues

Counseling - a groundwork in psychology, personality theory and techniques of psychotherapy, which forms a critical base from which to work effectively as a coach

Networks - the essence of relationships and networks in business, including how to build relationships at all levels of an organization and their importance in solving business issues

Leadership - an examination of current leadership models, including how and when to most effectively apply specific leadership styles

Organizational Culture - a study of the impact of culture and complex systems on behavior

Strategic Planning

  Learning to conduct research is an important foundation for study within the program.  Through this process candidates learn to think and solve business problems using a disciplined analytical approach.  Candidates are required to propose and execute a significant work-based research project.
